- LL.M: LLB/BALLB with at least 45% marks in the aggregate
- Ph.D: Candidates having a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from a recognized University having secured an aggregate of at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade (50% of marks or its equivalent grade in case of SC/ST/OBC-NCL/Persons with Disability).
