What are the eligibility criteria for B.A. LL.B. and LL.B. programs?
- B.A. LL.B. 10+2 with minimum 45% for General, 42% marks for OBC and 40% marks for SC.
- LL.B.: Graduation with minimum 45% for General, 42% marks for OBC and 40% marks for SC.
- LL.M: LLB/BALLB with at least 45% marks in the aggregate
- Ph.D: Candidates having a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from a recognized University having secured an aggregate of at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade (50% of marks or its equivalent grade in case of SC/ST/OBC-NCL/Persons with Disability).
Is there an entrance test for admission?
No, there is no entrance test for admission to the law programs at GKU. Admission is granted purely on the basis of merit and eligibility criteria.
