The Research Department at Guru Kashi University plays a pivotal role in streamlining all academic and administrative activities related to the Ph.D. programs. It acts as the central regulatory body that governs the pre-admission to post-submission processes of research scholars, ensuring compliance with UGC norms and internal quality standards.
The R&D Cell at Guru Kashi University serves as the central hub for research promotion and grant facilitation. It actively supports grant writing by guiding faculty through proposal development and submission to national agencies including DST, DBT, ICMR, ICSSR, ANRF, and promotes research culture across departments. The cell also advises on interdisciplinary projects, collaborations, and intellectual property protection. In line with standard practice, an advisory committee of senior academics and administrators including the Vice-Chancellor, Dean Research provides oversight. This structured team ensures smooth coordination of all R&D activities and clear lines of responsibility.
