Guru Gobind Singh College of Engineering & Technology (GGSCET), established in 2001, is the oldest engineering college in the area. When the university was founded in 2011, GGSCET was acknowledged as one of its oldest affiliated institutions. The Faculty of Engineering & Technology was also established in 2011, marking a significant milestone in its history of academic excellence and innovation.

I am delighted to extend my warmest greetings to all of you and feel proud to share that the journey of Guru Gobind Singh College of Engineering & Technology (GGSCET), the oldest engineering college in the region since its establishment in 2001. Recognized as one of the oldest affiliated institutions when the university was declared in 2011, GGSCET has a proud history of academic excellence and innovation.
In 2011 Faculty of Engineering & Technology came into existence and Our state-of-the-art infrastructure, featuring modern classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, and extensive libraries, provides an optimal learning environment. This is complemented by our team of highly qualified and experienced faculty, who are dedicated to fostering academic excellence and mentoring the next generation of engineers.
The Faculty of Engineering & Technology (FoE & T) is at the forefront of integrating academic learning with practical industry experience. We have established numerous research collaborations with leading industry partners, creating a dynamic environment for innovation and hands-on learning. These collaborations not only enhance the educational experience but also ensure that our curriculum is aligned with current industry trends and technological advancements.
FoE & T offers a diverse range of academic programs, from diploma courses to postgraduate and Ph.D. degrees, covering all major engineering streams. This comprehensive spectrum of programs caters to students at various stages of their academic and professional journeys, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their chosen fields.
