About the Programme
The Bachelor of Optometry program at Guru Kashi University (GKU) is designed to train students in vision care, clinical optometry, and eye health management. The program provides an in-depth understanding of visual science, optics, ocular diseases, and modern diagnostic techniques. Students are prepared to perform eye examinations, prescribe corrective lenses, detect vision-related disorders, and assist in clinical procedures. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics, securing at least 50% aggregate marks. Candidates with a relevant Diploma in optometry or allied healthcare fields may also apply.
