About the Programme
Guru Kashi University’s Diploma in Operation Theatre and Anesthesia Technology (OTAT) prepares healthcare professionals to support surgeons, anesthetists, and nurses in operation theaters. Students are trained in sterilization techniques, anesthesia equipment handling, pre- and post-operative care, and emergency response.
As healthcare facilities expand, there is a growing demand for skilled OT technicians in hospitals, surgical centers, and emergency care units. This program bridges academic learning with clinical practice, ensuring students are job-ready upon graduation.
Eligibility Criteria
- 10+2 pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Minimum 45% aggregate marks (40% for reserved categories).
- Age: 17 years or above at the time of admission.
