About the Programme
At Guru Kashi University (GKU), the Diploma in Journalism & Reporting is designed for students who are passionate about uncovering the truth, shaping public opinion, and contributing to society through the power of media. This program blends theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical training, preparing students for fast-paced careers in print, digital, and broadcast journalism.
The curriculum emphasizes both traditional reporting skills and new-age digital media practices, enabling students to adapt to the ever-changing media landscape. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates seeking admission must have completed their 10+2 examination in any stream from a recognized board, with a minimum of 45–50% marks. Students with a flair for writing, communication, critical thinking, and creativity are strongly encouraged to apply.
